How we use AI

What AI does

• Chooses which places suit your guest map from a list code has already checked. It never adds a place and never writes your notes.

Our own engine runs on our own computer and uses Claude, Anthropic's AI. Claude never runs on this website.

What AI doesn't do

• It doesn't decide any number. Scores, counts, totals, quantities, dates and deadlines are worked out by code from fixed rules, so the same inputs always give the same result. Items it couldn't check are left out of a score.
• It doesn't visit Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo, or log in anywhere.
• It doesn't run the free tools. The Tough Message Helper and the other free tools are plain rules in code.
• It isn't trained on your data by us.

It can be wrong

AI can be wrong. You see every place before it goes on your map, and you're always the one who decides what your guests see.
