Useful, or your money back: every paid plan

This covers the Host, Portfolio and Managers plans, by the month or by the year.

If a paid plan isn't useful, email us within 14 days for a full refund.

The free plan and the free tools

The free Guest Map and the free tools cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

How to claim

• Email legal@theguestmap.com within 14 days of buying, from the address you bought with.
• Say which plan it was. A reason helps but isn't required.
• The refund goes back through Gumroad to how you paid, usually within a few days.

After a refund

The paid plan ends there and then. Your map and its guest link stay, as they do when any plan ends. These refunds are in addition to your legal rights as a consumer.
