Who we are

This site is run by The Guest Map (theguestmap.com). Contact: legal@theguestmap.com.

Buying

Purchases are made through Gumroad, which is the seller of record. Gumroad takes the payment, issues the receipt and handles VAT or sales tax where it applies.

A paid Guest Map plan is paid by the month or by the year and renews until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your receipt email or your dashboard; the plan then runs to the end of the month or year you paid for.

What you add

• Only add text and photos you have the right to use, for places you host or manage.
• Don't add anything unlawful or anything that isn't about your place and its area.
• You keep all rights to what you add. You give us permission to use it only to make and show your guest map.

What you get, and its limits

• We do not promise bookings, income, ranking or any platform status. Results depend on your property, location, season, price and market.
• We are not affiliated with Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo.

Refunds

See the refunds page. Every refund promise there is in addition to your legal rights, never instead of them.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything you buy is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. What you bought stays covered by the terms you bought it under.

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the business is registered (ES), without taking away the protection of the law where you live if you're a consumer.
